Delicious pumpkin bread

• 3 Cups sugar
• 1 Cup salad oil
• 4 eggs, Beaten
• 2 Cups Cooked, Mashed pumpkin (or 16 Oz. Can)
• 3-1/2 Cups flour
• 1 Tsp. baking powder
• 2 Tsp. salt
• 2 Tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 Tsp. Ground cinnamon
• 1 Tsp. Ground nutmeg
• 1 Tsp. Ground allspice
• 2/3 Cup water
• 1 to 1-1/2 Cups Chopped pecans, Optional

Combine sugar, oil, And eggs; Beat Until Light And Fluffy. Stir InPumpkin. Combine Dry Ingredients, And Stir Into pumpkin Mixture. Add WaterAnd Nuts; Mixing Well. Spoon Batter Into 2 Well-Greased 9x4 Loaf Pans. BakeAt 350 For 65-75 Minutes. Makes 2 Loaves.
