  1. Combine chicken, thyme, parsley, salt and pepper.
  2. Add wine sauce but keep mixture firm.
  3. Set aside in refrigerator for 1 hr.
  4. Form mixture into patties and coat with flour.
  5. Dip in eggs then bread crumbs.
  6. Fry in oil pan until both sides are golden brown.
