Description

Bo Luc Lac is also known as Vietnamese Shaking Beef.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb lean sirloin steaks
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups watercress leaves

Procedures

  1. Mix the ingredients, put the mixture in oil and heat it.
