Ingredients

Seasoning for crawfish

Directions

  1. Season crawfish and set aside.
  2. Saute chopped seasoning in butter.
  3. Stir in dry mustard.
  4. Add fat free half and half, stirring until hot.
  5. Stir in 1 cup potato flakes.
  6. Stir in seasoning salt to taste.
  7. Stir crawfish into cream mixture along with green onions.
  8. Pour into baking pan and bake for 20 – 25 minutes at 350°F until bubbly and delicately browned.
  9. Garnish with minced parsley and serve.
