Description

Nice for a picnic.

  • Yield: 16 meat cakes

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together well.
  3. Place ⅓ cup (2 oz) mixture in each of 16 muffin cups.
  4. Bake at 350°F.
  5. Until done, about 1 hour.
  6. Remove from muffin tins.
  7. Serve hot or cold.
