Difference between revisions of "Fried Wheat"

Wheat is cleaned, winnowed and washed in warm water, Fat of tail is finely cut and melted in a heated cauldron. Then cracklings are taken out, Wheat is poured in the fat and flied to reddish colour.
It can be consumed with hot milk.
