Description
Makes 6-8 servings
Ingredients
- 1 cup sliced green onions
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2 x 8¾-ounce cans apricot halves, drained and quartered
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
