Ingredients
- ⅓ cup uncooked minute rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- ¾ cup can water
- 4 pork chops
Directions
- Combine soup and rice.
- Add water and mix.
- Pour in casserole dish.
- Brown pork chops on both sides and place on top of rice mixture.
- Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
