Lamb fricassee
Ingredients
500 gr. a
leg of lamb
3 tablespoons
oil
tomatoes
2 – 3
onions
(sliced)
1 glass
wine

bay leaf
salt
pepper
Directions
Cut meat into small pieces.
Simmer onions over low heat until heated through.
Add meat and stir until lightly browned.
Roll in wine, then add sauce, sail,
pepper

and simmer over low heat.
