You can buy raw macadamia nuts in the health food store. Macadamias, high in protein and fiber, are heart-healthy because they are high in monounsaturated fats.

Ingredients
- 2 cups raw shelled macadamia nuts
- 1 teaspoon canola oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
1. Heat oven to 300 °F. Toss nuts with oil, spread on a sheet pan and bake 25 minutes, until golden. Transfer to a bowl; toss nuts with chili powder and salt.
