Organic lemonade

Ingredients

• 2½ cups natural lemon juice (organic of course)
• 2 cups hot water
• 800 g sugar (raw)
• 2 tablespoons lemon zest

Directions

1. Boiling water with sugar until it can stand the drop of the mixture as a knot over the nail (five minutes).
2. Add the zest and the lemon.
3. Remove from heat and put the lemon juice.
4. Location in bottles in the fridge and when I want to drink lemonade, put 2 fingers in a glass and fill with cold water.
