Veg Soup is a vegetarian soup with tofu, with lower Cholesterol, healthier.

Ingredients
- olive oil
- 1 large sweet onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 x 15 oz can of corn
- 1 x 15 oz can of chili beans
- 1 x 15 oz can of green beans
- 1 x 15 oz can of navy beans
- 1 x 15 oz can of black beans
- 1 x 15 oz can of black-eyed peas
- 1 x 15 oz can of diced tomatoes
- 1 x 8 oz can of tomato paste
- 8¾ cup barley
- ¾ cup brown rice
- extra-firm tofu
