chocolate Marshmallows
- 1 chocolate Bar (milk chocolate, 1/2 Lb.)
- 1 T. Solid shortening
- 30 Large Marshmallows
Chopped peanuts or Graham Cracker Crumbs or coconut For Garnish
Cover a Tray With Wax Paper. Melt The 1/2 Lb. chocolate Bar With shortening in Top of double boiler Over Warm water. Stir Until Smooth. Remove From Heat. Cool Slightly. Put Toothpick in Center of Each marshmallow. Dip Into Melted chocolate. Cover Completely. Gently Tap on Side of Pan to Remove Excess chocolate. Roll in Desired Garnish. Put on Prepared Tray. Chill 15 Minutes. Serve Cold. Makes 30
