Directions

  1. Stab roast well all over.
  2. Sprinkle with meat tenderizer, accent, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  3. Rub in Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Stab again all over and sprinkle with more tenderizer, Accent and garlic powder.
  5. Bake at 225°F for 2 to 3 hours for rare.
