Description
Ingredients
- rice
- corned Beef
- tomatoes
- coconut cream
Directions
- Cook the rice.
- Make layers of the rice, corned Beef and tomatoes.
- Pour enough coconut cream over the layers to dampen it all with it.
- Bake until it is hot.
