Chicken Cacciatore is a classic chicken dish. It is reddish and tomato adds a distinct flavor.

Ingredients

Procedure

  1. Place onion and chicken in 3 1/2 quart (3.5L) slow cooker.
  2. Combine next 12 ingredients in a bowl. Stir.
  3. Pour over chicken and cover the chicken.
  4. Cook on low for six to eight hours or on high for three to four hours.
  5. Discard bay leaf.

Serves 4.
