Ingredients

Procedure

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  2. Crack the eggs and separate the egg yolk from the egg whites, place the egg whites into the bowl and beat the egg whites with the whisk until soft and fluffy
  3. Add the egg yolk and fold them in gently
  4. Pour into the fry pan and cook slowly on the stove until the bottom is golden brown
  5. Place the frying pan into the oven after taking it off the stove, leave it in until it is golden brown on the top
  6. Pull out of the oven and serve onto the plate
  7. Pour and spread the jam gently over the omelette
  8. Sift some icing sugar over the top of it
  9. Enjoy
