Barbecue Hash

This is a traditional southern style barbecue hash.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 pounds boston butt
  • 1 pound of shredded squirrel
  • 2 pounds beef
  • 1 1/2 pounds pork liver
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 bottle ketchup
  • 1 stick of butter or margarine
  • 2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • salt & pepper to taste

PREPARATION

  1. Boil meat until it falls apart easily.
  2. Grind meat finely.
  3. Mix together all ingredients and serve over rice.
