Green chile sauce

Ingredients

Description

  1. Melt lard in pan over medium heat.
  2. Saute chopped onion in lard.
  3. Add flour and mix well.
  4. Add stewed tomatoes or chicken broth, chopped chiles, garlic and seasonings.
  5. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve as desired.
  7. Freezer storage: 8 months.
