Description

  • Makes 6 Servings.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash chicken pieces and trim off excess skin.
  2. Rub all over with salt, pepper and paprika.
  3. Place in slow cooker.
  4. Scatter onion over chicken.
  5. Pour in chicken broth.
  6. Cover tightly and cook on high setting for 30 minutes.
  7. Turn to low setting and continue cooking for 6 to 7 hours, or until chicken is tender.
  8. Just before serving, stir in sour cream.
