Ingredients

Procedure

  1. Heat the butter and sesame oil on the non-stick pan, fry the garlic, red and green chillies and scallion. Stir at 15 seconds to make fragrant.
  2. Add the duck meat, bean sprouts and parsley, stir until the duck meat changing the color.
  3. Add the rice, and then the light soy sauce, habanero, black pepper and salt. Stir until mixed all.
  4. Served hot.
