Use this for all kinds of BBQ. It's a bit spicy, so use sparingly.
Ingredients
- 2 cups smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup salt
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 tbsp cayenne pepper (you can change this at will)
- 1/4 cup dry mustard
- 1/4 cup garlic powder
- 1/4 cup dried rosemary
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
Procedure
- Combine all ingredients in a container with a shaker lid.
