Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix flour and Sugar, then cut in cold butter and pat into greased 9" x 13" pan.
  2. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes. Cool.
  3. Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and fold in Cool Whip.
  4. Spread over cooled crust. Refrigerate.
  5. Dissolve gelatin in cold water,
  6. Add boiling water, Sugar and salt and lemon juice,
  7. Stir until dissolved and chill to semi-thickened consistency.
  8. Add diced mango to thickened gelatin.
  9. Pour over cream cheese filling.
  10. Refrigerate till set. Cut into 2" squares
