Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash and cube the udder, fry slightly in a pan with shortening and finely chopped onion, add flour, mix well and cover with warm water.
  2. Cover and simmer for ½ hour.
  3. Add tomato paste, salt, pepper and let simmer until the sauce thickens.
  4. Serve with hot mashed or boiled potatoes.
