Apple Filling Cake
3 eggs 1 package yellow cake mix 1 20 oz can apple pie filling 1 1/3 cup brown sugar 6 tbsp flour 1/2 cup butter or margarine 4 tsp cinnamon (optional) chopped nuts to taste
Topping 1/3 cup milk confectioners' sugar
1. Beat eggs. Add 1 package of yellow cake mix. Mix well. Add one can of apple pie filling. Spread mixture on a large cookie sheet.
2. Top batter with brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, and chopped nuts. Bake at 325 for 30 min or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
3. Make glaze for topping by combining 1/3 cup milk with enough powder sugar until mixture is a medium weight liquid.
4. Drizzle cake with powdered sugar glaze while cake is warm. This glaze will thicken as it hardens.
