Ingredients

Directions

  1. Season chicken, add chopped onions in pot.
  2. Boil for about 5 minutes.
  3. Put ½ cup of cooking oil in a skillet.
  4. Lower heat on the skillet when warm.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes, chopped onion to the skillet.
  6. Stir the contents of the skillet intermittently.
  7. Add salt, chicken, red pepper to taste and curry.
  8. Cook the contents for about 25 minutes.
  9. Add 1 cup of water or chicken broth.
  10. Stir the contents of the skillet.
  11. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  12. Ready to serve.
  13. This can be served over boiled rice.
