Description

In Romanian: Bigus

Ingredients

  • 1 medium sour cabbage,
  • 5 oz/150 g smoked Bacon, cubed,
  • 5 oz/150 g hot dogs cut in pieces,
  • 5 oz/150 g smoked salami, cubed,
  • 2 tablespoons lard,
  • pepper

Directions

  1. Julienne the cabbage. If it is too sour or too salty, wash it.
  2. Fry it in hot lard, together with small cubes of Bacon, salami and hot dogs.
  3. Fry and keep stirring and adding a tablespoon or two of water and pepper.
  4. When everything is fried, put in the oven for half an hour.
