Description

This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Gonzales Estate in Crandall, Texas in 1980. From "Catsrecipes Y-Group"[1]

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix package of gelatin with 1 cup boiling water and stir until dissolved.
  2. While mixture is cooling slightly put ricotta and lime zest in blender.
  3. Add dissolved gelatin and blend 2 minutes and pour into serving dishes.
  4. Refrigerate until set.
