This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Williams Estate in Tyler, Texas in 1994. From "Catsrecipes Y-Group"[1]
Ingredients
- 3 ounces cream cheese softened
- ½ cup walnuts coarsely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons green onions finely chopped
- 1 dash garlic powder
Directions
- In small bowl stir cream cheese until smooth then stir in walnuts,lemon juice, green onions and garlic powder.
- Serve with whole wheat or pumpernickel party bread.
