Description

Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 Cups Butter
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 4 Cups flour
  • 1 tbs. pineapple juice
  • 1/8 tsp. baking soda
  • For glaze:
  • 4 tbs. pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Mix wet ingredients (sugar first, then butter, then eggs, then flower, then pineapple.) in to large bowl.
  2. When you have a nice and smooth texture, poor ALL of the batter onto cooking sheet with edges (any size you desire)
  3. Spread glaze on top of the batter.
  4. Cook in the oven at 350 degrees farenheit for about 25 minutes or until desired texture.
  5. Enjoy!
