Description
Rice pudding
Ingredients
- 2 cups (470 ml) rice
- 4 cups (950 ml) milk
- 4 cups (950 ml) sugar
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) vanilla
- ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) ground cloves or 6 whole cloves
- ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) grated fresh nutmeg
- 4 oz (110 gr) butter
- 1 cup (235 ml) raisins
