Pilaf with quinces

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare in the same manner as Ferghana pilaf.
  2. Before adding rice, add slices of quince.
  3. When pilaf is finished, mix rice and serve in a mound on a large platter topped with quince pieces.
