Ingredients
- 2 (13 ounce) cans white hominy
- 3 tablespoons Onion, grated
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- salt, to taste
- 1 1/2 cups jack cheese, shredded
- 4 roasted green chiles, skins and seeds removed, chopped, or 2 small can green chiles, chopped
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a large casserole. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
Serves 12.
