You can use this as a sauce, or a marinade for either pork or shortribs.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbs toasted sesame seeds
- 3 tbs minced fresh ginger
- 2 tbs minced garlic
Procedure
- Give everything a big shake in an 8-ounce mason jar until smooth. Refrigerate for up to two weeks.
