Ingredients
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 16 ounce can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp salt
- 1½ cups water
Directions
- Grind yellow onion, and one-half of a cup of water in a blender.
- Pour this mix into a frying pan with ground beef, and cook until the meat is browned.
- Add one more cup of water, crushed garlic, salt, freshly ground coriander, black pepper, and tomato sauce to the meat and cook over a medium-low heat for 20–25 minutes.
