Chicken Nut Bites

Ingredients


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degreees.
  2. Combine broth and butter, and bring to a boil.
  3. Whisk in flour and seasonings.
  4. Cook, whisking rapidly, until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a smooth, compact ball.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, beating well until mixture is shiny.
  6. Stir in Chicken and almonds.
  7. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes.
  9. Freeze after baking.
