Description
This is a hot sauce
Ingredients
- 1 small hot pepper, finely diced
- 1 large chopped onion
- ½ cup chopped green onions
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- ½ cup lime juice
- ¼ cup olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Pour the lemon juice over the onions and let marinate for about 2 hours.
- Place all ingredients in a pot, bring to a boil and cook until the pepper is soft (about 10 – 15 minutes).
- Let the mixture cool and refrigerate to store.
