Description
Another name for Genovese sauce! Here's a quick garnish to serve over chicken, fish, etc.
Ingredients
- 1 cup packed cilantro, fresh
- ½ cup chopped macadamia nuts
- 3 ounces Parmesan cheese, grated
- 6 chopped scallions
- 2 tablespoons ginger
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup macadamia nut oil or other oil
