Description
Fast and simple crock pot recipe to make an excellent roast.
Ingredients
- beef roast (one that will fit in crock pot — I use 3#)
- 8 oz Italian dressing
- ½ cup water
Procedures
- Put the thawed roast in the crock pot. Place fat side up (if there's a fat side.)
- Put about ½ cup water in the bottom of the crock pot.
- Pour 8 oz Italian dressing over the roast.
- Turn crock pot onto Low setting.
- Let it roast 8 hours.
