- Serves 3.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds ham slices — ¾ inch thick
- ⅜ cup fat
- ¼ cup prepared mustard
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 cup water
Procedures
- Fry ham in fat.
- Remove ham slice or (slices) from skillet.
- Pour all the other ingredients into skillet, cook 5 minutes, place ham slice or (slices) back into sauce and cook for 5 minutes more.
- Serve.
- Enjoy.
