Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook chicken livers, celery, onions and mushrooms in butter until tender crisp.
  2. Add rice, broth, salt and pepper.
  3. Bring to a boil. Stir well.
  4. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
  5. Fluff lightly with a fork.
