Ingredients
- 1 cup dry white wine
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ cup brandy
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cups whipping cream
Procedures
- Mix wine, sugar, brandy and lemon juice.
- Stir to dissolve sugar.
- Add cream.
- Whip to soft peaks.
- Spoon into dessert glasses.
