Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a shallow bowl, beat together egg, soy sauce, water, garlic powder and ginger.
  4. Dip and coat both sides of pork chops in egg mixture.
  5. Press each chop into bread crumbs, coating both sides.
  6. Place on prepared cooking sheet.
  7. Bake 30 minutes.
  8. Turn and bake 20 minutes more.
