- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 2 cans mushrooms
- 2 cans tomato paste
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3 Tbsp oregano
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp basil
- ⅛ tsp Cajun seasoning
- ¼ tsp red pepper
- ½ tsp thyme
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 x 28 oz can tomato juice
Procedures
- Combine all ingredients and cook on low 8 – 10 hours
