Alaska Sablefish Salad
- This recipe yields 2 main-dish servings or 4 side-dish servings.
Ingredients
- 1 cup steamed or poached sablefish cut 1" chunks
- 1 tomato diced
- 1 avocado peeled, diced
- ½ cup diced cucumber
- 2 green onion diagonally sliced
- lettuce
Vinaigrette dressing
- 3 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp wine vinegar
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp freshly-ground black pepper
- ⅛ tsp crushed oregano leaves
- 3 dash bottled hot pepper sauce
Procedures
- Combine sablefish, tomato, avocado, cucumber and onion.
- Toss gently with vinaigrette dressing.
- Serve on lettuce-lined platter.
Vinaigrette dressing
- Combine all ingredients.
