About Pickling spice
Pickling spice is a mixture of whole and broken spices, seeds, and herbs used to flavour during the pickling process. The spices and seeds most typically used include:
- Mustard seed
- Coriander
- Bay leaves
- Dill seed
- Fenugreek

- Allspice
