Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon coarse salt
- ½ teaspoon ground sage
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (opt)
Directions
- Mix all the spices together and store in an airtight container for up to 8 weeks.
- Great with ribs, brisket, and chicken.
- Enjoy.
