Description

Yield: 8 servings or about 2 cups.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In medium skillet mix sugar, water and lemon juice.
  2. Stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and mixture comes just to boil.
  3. Add butter; stir until melted.
  4. Mix in strawberries; heat through, but do not cook.
  5. For breakfast or brunch, serve with waffles, pancakes or french toast.
  6. For dessert, spoon over ice cream, frozen yogurt, pudding or pound cake.
