Directions
- Wash and peel your sweet potatoes.
- Slice thinly.
- Soak in water to remove starch (maybe 1 to 2 hours).
- Dry slices on paper.
- Deep fry until crisp.
- Drain excess oil on paper towel.
- Sprinkle with salt.
