Basic Rub Spice Mix

Ingredients

• 4 tablespoons paprika
• 1 ½ tablespoons Cayenne
• 2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper 3 tablespoons garlic powder
• 3 tablespoons Onion powder
• 3 tablespoons salt or salt substitute
• 1 ½ tablespoons oregano
• 1 ½ tablespoons thyme

Directions

1. Rub this blend on meats before grilling.
